• If you have 50 or more employees, you must send a number of your in-year PAYE forms online to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

  These are the employee starting and leaving forms, P45 and P46, and two new forms that were introduced in April 2009 - P46 (Pen) and P46 (Expat)

  If you have fewer than 50 employees then, under government proposals, online filing of these forms is not required until 2011. It is probably a good idea to start doing it online as soon as possible - online filing is easy, quick, convenient and secure. 1st Stop Accounts can deal with all this on your behalf and all Payroll related work
